Babysitting Services

Tiny Toes Babysitting Agency has a large number of qualified nannies, nursery nurses, child-minders, teachers and experienced mothers in Northern Ireland who can come to your home in the evenings and / or at the weekends (babysitters are available from 7pm week days & weekends from 6pm) to look after your children while you are out.

Tiny Toes babysitters all undergo a thorough background check and are all fully screened by undergoing an enhanced CRB (criminal records bureau) check.

Registering as a babysitter with Tiny Toes Babysitting Agency requires you to be over 20 and have at least two years’ experience in the field of childcare and be able to provide two written references from previous childcare employers.

How it works

A babysitter can be booked by phoning or texting Alex on 07814879609. Alex aims to provide you with a babysitter who will have their own transport and who lives as close to you as possible. Please allow at least 72 hours notice for a booking. Once the booking has been confirmed the babysitter will contact you in advance of the sitting to confirm the booking.

Rates

  • Weekday/weekend – £13 per hour
  • One night cover (midnight to 8am) – £40
  • New Year’s Eve – £15 per hour
  • Hotel babysitting – £13 per hour

*Please note that all bookings are a minimum of 3 hours.

Tiny Toes suggests the following when leaving your babysitter for the first time:

  • Suggest on your first sitting with a Tiny Toes babysitter that she arrives 30 minutes before you are due to go out. This way it will allow time to familiarise the children with her and will also give you time to leave the babysitter any instructions.
  • Show the babysitter around the house, including the children’s bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. Ensure your children are ready for bed and remember to explain the children’s bedtime routines to the babysitter.
  • Always leave your contact number and a contact number of the place you plan to be, your children’s medical details including any allergies they may have and two emergency numbers.
  • Please telephone your babysitter to your landline if you planning to be home later than arranged.
  • Please kindly provide light refreshments for your babysitter.
  • Please pay your babysitter at the end of each sit, Tiny Toes kindly asks you to pay a minimum of 3 hours.
  • All babysitters should arrange their own transport home.

*Please note that babysitters are not permitted to smoke when on duty and are not permitted to use the family’s landline for any outgoing calls, unless in the event of an emergency. Tiny Toes babysitters are not permitted to give out their telephone numbers, any contact with your babysitter will be through Tiny Toes.
