- We offer full-time, part-time, temporary and permanent nannies.
- We have professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
- We are a registered body for the CRB, providing complete enhanced disclosure certificates (police checks) for each candidate.
- We aim to recruit nannies that are of the highest calibre, that have at least two years experience as a nanny or nursery nurse and/or possess a recognised childcare qualification.
- We conduct face to face in depth interviews with each nanny, examining their CVs, qualifications and written references from previous employers.
- We will meet you in person, in your own home at a convenient time to get to know your family and to understand your needs.
- After profiling your requirements, we will only introduce those nannies that meet your criteria.
- We arrange for those nannies to meet you and be interviewed by you in your home.
- Guidance is given to direct you towards appropriate interview questions, to assist you in the selection process.
- Tiny Toes also provides comprehensive guidance on the legal responsibilities of employing a nanny.
- A follow up service is provided to ensure that both you and your family are happy.
- Our fees only become payable as soon as a job offer has been made by you to a nanny, and then accepted by the nanny.
- Tiny Toes operates a no placement, no fee policy.
